IYU group S-HS project steps into implement stage

Thanks to HR department of IYU group, Ningbo Changhua, Ningbo IYU,Zhengzhou IYU, the S-HS (HR informatization)project starts to be loaded in Sep. Currently the first phase has come to the end of blueprint and IYU will firstly adopt the face recognization system(trial operation), which symbolizes S-HR of IYU group being implemented officially.
The face recognization system is applied to every center and overhead light division approximately 450 staffs. Accoding to the plan of IYU S-HS system, it will be spread to Ningbo Changhua, Ningbo IYU, Zhengzhou IYU etc. Meanwhile, in order to optimize the attendance management, the attendance frequency is changed from 4 times per day to 3 times per day, show as below.
1.Morning check: before 8:00am
2.Afternoon check: before 13:00pm
3.Off-work check: after 17:00pm
According to the work plan Ningbo Changhua will start to use this system from Jan.2016
