The bi-color forming technology, derived from the traditional ejection, demands higher requirement for tool, ejection process, equipment and plastic material. Its application alters the traditional complicated process and achieves automatic inserting and part taking. In addition, it can also decrease the labor cost and transportation cost, improve the stable production efficiency and stabilize the quality and capacity. Currently our company has very good knowledge of bi-color moulding technology, injection adjustment technology and material performance parameters etc. The relative part includes interior trim, exterior trim and sealing part. With respect to development, design and manufacture aspect we have learned plentiful experience and knowledge.
