Continuous fiber reinforced thermalplastic composite material for automotive part

Based on the devolopment concept of safety, light weight and environment friendly, our company developed new type continuous fiber reinforced thermalplastic composite material(CFRT).This type material owns many advanced performance including high intensity, hith toughness,light weight and environment friendly etc. which can be adopted car structure parts as bumper system, body parts, seat frame and so on. 

This project take continous fiber or carbon fiber as reinforced material and thermalplastic(PP,PA,PPS etc)as base material to get the pre-impregnated continous fiber as preimpregnation plate then it can be made as multiaxial plate in laminator or plastified into required shape by thermal forming. 

Currently this project is under development and has applied for two patent. The part craftsmanship will increase greatly after this project is finished, which could improve the company competitiveness a lot as well.
